Oram Miller has owned and operated Los Angeles, California-based Create Healthy Homes since 2010. This company specializes in building biology services that relate to potentially hazardous electromagnetic fields (EMFs) within homes and other physical structures. Before establishing Create Healthy Homes, Oram Miller headed Environmental Design and Inspection Services (EDIS) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. From 2003 to 2010, he provided a range of building biology services through EDIS.
Oram Miller has also written widely on subjects that relate to building biology. His writing credits include co-authoring the book Breathing Walls and contributing to the books EMF Practical Guide by Lloyd Burrell and The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs by Nicolas Pineault.
Mr. Miller further shared his expertise in building biology matters by creating and presenting seminars for the Green Home Institute and the Building Biology Institute (BBI). He served BBI both as an adjunct faculty member and a lab leader supervisor. Furthermore, he founded and oversaw an EMR apprenticeship program for BBI.
